Starting Over

Alright, I wanna start over, I got a decent system, but I'm looking for something to blow the shit out of everything else. Heres the deal...
The whole system is gonna revolve around 2 Alpine X-type subs. Theyre really deep from the face to the magnet, like 9 inches, and my ride is a 94 Camry, power everything and my questions are as follows...
Do i need a bigger battery? Can my car handle a bigger one?
What kinda stuff do I need? I'm gonna get all new wiring,and a new amp and everything. Starting from the basics, like the wiring I need to know what type of box, amp, cap, anything that I could possible need down to the guage of the wires. If you all could help me out I'd appreciate it. I'm an amateur, and I need some help with this one. Like I said, just think of it like all i have are the subs, and go from there. I want something kinda amazing. Thanks a bunch. (under $1500 ttl please)

ported box tuned to the low 30's and about 15-1800rms
what impedance are those subs?

keep in mind, "blowing the shit out of everything else" isn't really an option without more cone area/displacement, but you will be able to get loud, low-mid 140's at the most.

a hifonics brutus 1800d would work well

just my opinion but those surrounds look really frail, doesn't look like it can take a horrible beating lol
