Does anyone here know Brendan Goss? From Lewisville TX? I sent him a CIBS kit back in November and haven't heard from him since. I have sent several emails to him requesting payment for the kit but have heard nothing. I have enjoyed trusting people with sending in the money after they get the kit! However I may have to stop if I can't collect
If anyone knows him please have him contact me.

Send a nasty note to his employer. I think he works for Terminal Reality. Why? Because he's a horse's ass. He also tries to bid up things he sells on ebay. Got a whole series of auctions yanked for that reason. Pissed off a lot of bidders.

Since he is in Texas, I may be able to help you collect. Send me an e-mail if he refuses to pay [email protected]

Oh, it's the Terminal Reality guy? Yeah I got a lot of e-mail detailing some of the "activities" he was involved with in building up his truck. I guess you need to stand in line with everyone else. Sorry you got bit.

No, nothing like that! :p But, I may be able to hit him in the pocket book. I'm a lawyer with a firm in Texas. I do quite a bit of collection work; although it is usually for more money than is at issue here.

Gee I guess I need to read the boards more often :( Had I known what was up with him I would have never sent him a kit ... On the other hand had he told me he was getting people to donate parts to his truck for advertising purposes I would have considered it. He never mentioned what he was doing.
I have sent several emails to his personal account and one to his work account. I offered to work out a deal with him on payment. That will be my last email asking. The next step will be to contact the BBB and report his company for none payment of delivered goods. (He ordered it through his company) After that I will turn it over to a collection agency. If he pisses me off bad enough I will collect in person. I go through Texas every now and then on the way out west.
What he did would be considered fraud in most states. All it takes is one low down, yellow belly, snake in the grass to ruin a good thing...
Thanks for the support on this matter guys, it means a lot. I will continue to sell my kits on an honor system, I won't let one problem child ruin my day!

I had a bad feeling about the situation when he approached EOE for Sliderz and after various e-mails back and forth i decided to stay away...he told me the company bought an X for the game and the SEMA show but it turned out to be his personal truck and he works there...just did not seem right to me.

There is more to the story..
The closest that his truck got to SEMA was the parking lot. From what I saw neither he nor his truck was on the SEMA floor. Oh.. and he was at GOX for what.. one day?
After quite a few people at Nissan and other places pulled all sorts of strings to get one (02 Yellow 5Speed SuperCharged) to him in time for GOX and SEMA he jumped ship on the deal because he could not get financing on the vehicle to his liking (17% is the best he could do)I have from his personal account to me that his company was never planning on getting the 02 Xterra. All the time it was for him. I believe that his words were something like " They have no interest in buying the truck". So his plan was all along to put all that "stuff" on his personal vehicle and I think that all those companies had no idea that it was not a company vehicle.
Oh yea.. then there was the whole bid on you own stuff on E-bay. And if I am not mistaken that winch that he had on E-bay ( the Ramsey) was one of the things "given" to him.
If I see someone like him heading my way in the future I will sure as hell keep my distance.
I personally think that he used his position at Terminal Reality to get all that stuff for free just for the helll of it. I know that he got it ALL installed for free as well.

Coolerman, good luck with this. Is he the owner of his company? If not a call to his employer should get him terminated at the very least.
I would definetly contact the BBB and turn it over to a credit agency since he used his companies name to obtain the kit.

Nothing with getting Free stuff...as long as you install it yourself, then again hack welds might not hold up as well as a job done by Nissan

Didn't he also stall his Xterra at GOX becasue he was running huge tires with the stock Ring and Pinion?
Nothing better then being able to pass somebody who spent all their time modifing the heck out of their vehicle only to be stopped by "over-modification.";)
