dash lights going off

I have a 94 Cutlass Supreme and my dash lights go off. They come back on after it has set for a while. I have replaced the 30 amp circuit breaker with a GM replacement but to no avail. I have dialed back the brightness on the light switch but still no good. HELP!!!! Has anybody had this problem or some more suggestions?
