hurry need help

i just bought a stereo and i cant figure out how to take the big plastic peice off that starts on the far left goes over the steering wheel and the stereo. (92-95 civic):confused:

I'm pretty sure it will just pop out. But I don't think you need to take that off in order to install a stereo. Just unscrew the bottom portion of the center console and you should be able to get at everything from there, if I remember correctly. It's been a while since I messed with the system. Hope this helps.

yea you dont have to take off that whole piece to get to the stereo. There should be some screws underneath where the radio is(get on the floor and look up). Just take those off and i believe your home free.

yup. look at the center piece that hold the ash tray and lighter. there are 4 screws. 1 on each side and two on top. take that off and slide the current head unit out. make sure to disconnect antenna and everything. painless...
