c/f hood

i have finnaly found a carbon fiber hood that i like for a del sol, its the evo 8 style but i was wondering if any of yall have heard anything about them to they fit well... ect...

Have any pics of the hood? Not sure what the Evo 8 style looks like. What company are you buying the hood from?

Should be okay then. ViS carbon fiber hoods generally fit pretty well on Del Sol's. A lot of people on the Team Sol forums have ViS carbon fiber hoods. Can't say anything from personal experience though - I've never owned a carbon fiber hood.

That aside, I think the Evo style hood looks good on the Sol. Much better than most of the other's I've seen. I would opt for that or an OEM style carbon fiber hood. :)

so i screwed up lost my job and now have no income that c/f hood isnt gunna happen for a long time :disappoin so my life lesson is be get to your boss dont piss him off or you wont get what you want

ViS hoods ROCK. I had one on my old sol. Just be sure to get pins. Sparco are the best pins. They have a place for the hood latch and all, but I've heard of it weakening over time, especially at higher speeds.
