Problem 545i Trunk Opens by itself

I have a 2004 545i and while the car is parked and not running the Trunk will open by itself. Its happened about 4-5 times in the past 6 months. I took it back to the dealer, they replaced some parts and said they have never heard of the problem. Since then it has happened two more times. Has anyone every had this problem ? Any ideas ?

We have one customer complaining of the same problem, with no fix as of yet.

The BMW Customer Service Rep did contact me and my dealer regarding the problem... Thank you. However, the problem is still not fixed, he had recomended that a software update was needed to fix the Trunk and the poor AM reception on the radio. I brought the car in for this upgrade and as it turned out I already had the latest software, so the problem persisted. At this point the dealer is scheduling another service call with someone from NA BMW Customer service sometime in January. I am getting skeptical that the problem will be fixed and starting to wonder what my options are. I feel that what BMW's sells is perfection and unfortunatley for me this car has not been perfect.
