Turbonator, anyone?

I found a site about this "turbonator". It seems legitimate, but I wanted to know if anybody else had tried it before I go spend $80. I saw that on one of the TV shows on speed a long time ago. I think they dynoed it and got like a 5/10 horsepower increase. Could be BS though, sounds to gimicky.
