I'm wondering...

Is being in a relationship when you're 14 years old meaningless? I just have a lot of moral issues to look at and I don't want to waste my energy to try something that is meaningless.

Thats really up to you. I wouldnt say it would be meaningless, no matter what happens you will learn something. Honestly the odds are that a relationship at 14 wont work out but some do. At 14 your still young and you have your whole life to live. You need to deside if you are ready for one or not, also the guy or girl you are looking to start a relationship with may not be ready yet. This is something you need to deside, we can only offer suggestions to help you make your desicion.

You get the life experience, but if there are big issues like that involved, then she might influence you in a bad way, so I would end the relationship

IMO....I wouldnt do it. I remember those "relationships". You "go out" for a week or 2 then break up and then a few days later his friend goes up to your friend and is like "she still wanna go out with him" then the respective parties go back to their friends and then after several meetings (the friends not the actual ppl in the relationship) the ppl in the relationship start to talk again...continues like this until hs and then things start to get a bit more serious...slowly but surely it happens...

You're 14 years old? Go out and enjoy your youth, dont't grow up so quickly. You're only young once. There will be a lot of time for relationships later in life, what's the rush?

Don't do it. I'm nearly 20, and I've been single my entire life. My friends all have girlfriends, 2 of them have kids on the way, and everyone is flat broke. I have money and no big problems, and everything is pretty much perfect. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I agree. If he is a senior at 14 god bless him. I know I wasn't still aren't that smart. By the way Kate as well alot of other chicks I know right about a lot of things.

i say go for it. sure the odds that a 14 year old relationship will last is slim to none but you learn a lot about yourself, the opposite sex, and life during relationships. just remember to always put your friends first, girls second. your friends will always be there for you, even when your girl is gone... 2 cents

I wouldn't know bout that stuff I was banned from school events. As dating goes. It is still the same no girl looks at me.

Not anymore. I'm 14 and people at my school have sex all the time. Just today my friend was explaining how one dude released in her mouth when she was giving him head, which I didn't really wanna know :mad:

What the heck is this society coming to? Sex at 14? If my kid(provided someone is dumb enough to marry me) ever tried that they'd probably get grounded for life or someother serious punishment. What are parent's not teaching their kids respect of others and themselfs anymore. This is when I am glad my grandmother is dead so she doesn't have to see the world go to hell like it is.

The parents either don't care or are unaware. I'm suprised I haven't seen pregnant people in my school.

i don't know about ur school but in my school the middle school girls are as sluty as it gets. at 14 you actully get alot done over here....^ ^" soo err...(kinda like what pat say...very *uck up..)

(U know is kinda weird being in junior and actully be more conservative then middle school - -" kids, err or maybe that's a sign of matureness....) anyway..if u really really like her, i say go for it before she get abuse by some moron.
