Just alittle warning for those of you who purchase custom or aftermarket products.
I'm sure some of you have heard of Aim Industries Inc. If not, your not missing much. Here's my experience with this company.
March 22nd, i returned from Iraq.....finally, and had some extra money i wanted to put in my S10. In April i ordered a steel rollpan and a hidden hitch from AIM Industries Inc. Everything was good untel i recieved the parts and found they had sent me the wrong hitch. Before returning an item through this company you have to first get an return authorization number(RA#) otherwise they will not except the return. It took them almost two weeks to send out the RA form to return the package. I mailed the package off the end of April and was having the rollpan welded and painted in the mean time. I finally recieved the new hitch in June because of the time it took to recieve the first one and send out the new one(if i hade'nt called a few times to check the status i probably would have recieved it much later). Anyway, when i took it to the guys to mount the "CORRECT" hitch, they fit it up and said this won't fit either but might be able to make it if they cut it and drill some new holes but it was still no guarentee.
It ended up being 3/8" too long and they just could not move it back anymore. They offered to purchase the hitch but because it was really my call i said no, that i would eat this one. There is absolutly no cutting on the hitch itself but they did drill two new holes, one on each side and AIMs policy is if it's been altered, you can't return it......which i understand completely. But my complaint is the attitude of their service and how the customer has to pay for returns, even if it's the companys mistake. There are not many businesses that i know of that treat customers this way yet still get plenty of business. I know i'm not the only one because some guys in this club i'm in have had some bad experiences with this company.
Just be careful if you use this company.........that's all. The car club i'm in used to order alot from AIM, but when they found out what they did to me, everybody decided to move to another company even after the club owner talked to one of the corperate managers of AIM. They treat you like they don't want your business..........it's crazy! Anyways, good luck everyone with your "projects" and happy holidays.

sorry to hear about the BS that you went through!!
I always try and purchase my parts over the counter, so I can touch what I am getting. I use NAPA for over the counter and Summit Racing for mail order. Those are the ONLY companies I use; I know that what I order from Summit will work. I pay a little more at Summit but you know the old saying "You get what you pay for ..." "Buy cheap, get cheap ..."

I hear you on that one. These parts were not exactly cheap but i wish i would have ordered from one of these local boys. I don't think i would have had that whole experience. It's alot easier to tell somebody to get lost when they are a couple states away to when they are standing in your face. Live and learn i guess. Oh..............i forgot to mention, anyone want a hidden hitch with two extra holes drilled in it. It was supposed to fit a 92 S-10 Blazer but AIM Industries screwed that up so i don't know what it fits anymore but if someones interested i can give you demensions. Let me know.

Let me know because i really need one of those. Thanx

I really don't know if it will fit your truck but i'll get all the measurements and get them to you..........and if you think it will fit, just pay me for shipping and that hitch is yours.
