Does anyone know what that button on the left is for?
"SLOW DOWN"
Maybe it is some kind of engine saver?

Maybe it drops down the RPM to slow down the twin turbos for easier stop and go traffic :dunno:

It's not actually a button; it's only a warning light controlled by the car's ECU.
