New Tires

I need some new tires soon, I've got the stock Goodyear Eagle (for the R/T), and they suck for traction in the rain!
I'm moving to very rainy city soon (Vancouver), so I need some very good tires for the Rain.
I'll probably go with the same size (255/55/R17), and I'm thinking of getting BFG tires, now I'm wondering if their All-Seasons are any good.
I wont be driving my truck very much in the winter, only very seldomly. I don't have enough money to buy a set of winter tires/wheels and summer tires, so I'm just going with some All-Seasons.
So anyone know if BFG All-Seasons are any good? Any other suggestions?
