im lowerin my car, i baught springs 2 lower it and i was wonder how hard it is 2 do, and if i take it 2 a shop how much do u think they would charge 2 put them in

step 1, work on your spelling, seriously, its attrocious

step 2, buy some QUALITY aftermarket shocks (Koni Yellow, KYB AGX, Tokico Blue), if you lower your car on the stock shocks it will ride horribly. It will be worse than stock and dangerous to drive.

did that answer your question?? didn't think so, it is not to difficult to install lowering springs, but i would recommend you had them professionaly installed by a shop which could run anywhere from 50 to 200 dollars.

but if your going to put new springs in also replace the struts like drd said
because if your paying a shop to do it,then you will have to have them redo it in 6 months to replace the struts so do it all in once and save on
the labor
i had the kyb agx on my old nissan and i love them you can adjust them soft to hard
