If you figure the average age of the CRX owner to be around early-mid 20's, 2nd gen CRX's should be true classics in about 20 years (when we all have our mid-life crisises).

Yay, I am back... haven't been here in a while, if any of you have noticed. Oh I am 18, and how the heck does everyone else get the money for all these cars? There are 16 year olds on here that have newer and cooler cars than I do :confused: And some with two cars :eek: *cough* 90CRXZCSi *cough*

I mean, at the moment i can't even afford to fix my CV joint :(

Turned 20 about a month ago.....

I'm 16, about to be 17 in a few weeks. I had two cars at the same time, a Delorean and the CRX. After spending $5,000 fixing the Delorean, and $400 a month for insurance I decided to sell the Delorean for practical reasons. I was only able to afford the cars/repairs because of some extra money in my college fund ($30,000). Now I don't have any money to spare and my car needs repairs.:(

I turned 20 February 23rd.
Sold my CRX a long time ago in a galaxy far far away... bought a 91 accord painted in chameleon paint (bought it cause it looked pretty)... traded it in 7 months later on my current 98 Civic EX (Bought it for myself for my birthday -- Honda Certified Used Cars RULE)
Before the hondas, I had a 74 beetle, then a 90 Chevrolet truck, then a 91 BMW 735i.... all between the age of 18 and now.
I plan to keep the EK for a while, but just you wait... I'll buy 3 more project cars by next year haha!

There's nothing wrong with having your parents give you all kinds of money to build cars, if my parents offered i'd jump at the opportunity. I work really hard (hahaha) for the little money I do make and spend none of it on labor so I can put it all towards better parts. My parents pay my insurance (minimum coverage) where I pay for all mods/repairs and shit. Oh well, it's all good.

I pay for everything. I guess it's cool though, I AM 18 now.

After two years of driving a very inefficient (but very custom, good looking, but slow motor) '78 chevy 1/2 ton p/u grandparents thought I would need something more effiient for college so they bought me a crx for $450 (wah0000, quite a steal but I have lots of work todo). I plan on having 2 jobs this summer just to support my hobby of modding my crx, weeeeeeeeeeeeeee
