South Park or Simpsons?

I know both shows are very different in almost all aspects. I'm just wondering what you people think is better. Both shows are very popular, funny, and loved by many.

My vote is going to the Simpsons though on this one. They've been around for a long time, were hilarious in their prime, and have become a part of American culture.

I can't understand a word that's said on South Park.

I would vote neither if I had the option, since I don't, I'll refrain from voting.

Because we all know that Family Guy ****ing owns both of those shows. :D

South Park is funny, but the Simpsons are just classic. Disfunctional cartoons wouldn't be around w/o the pioneers like the Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, and Ren and Stimpy. South Park follows in their footsteps and does it pretty good too

I totally forgot about Family Guy! Maybe the winner of this pole can go up against Family Guy and we'll see then. I just don't get why they stopped making it for such a long time.

Ratings = $$$ for the networks...Family Guy wasn't getting them

I like Simpsons more. I can never keep track of when South Park is on. I know that Simpson is on at 7pm 5 days a week on Channel 9.

Simpsons. Cuz its no way I can look at it and NOT laugh. Simpsons= witty ironic humor. South Park= slip on the bananna peel humor. Both funny but Simpsons take the cake.

The Simpsons anyday.

Season 5 comes out this Tuesday. This will be the first season since the first one I haven't gotten on release date.

I dont like South Park anymore... It used to be cool when it came out, now its just played out

Simpsons is always good, its a classic show thats bin on since the 80s.... i can watch an episode i've seen like 30 times and still laugh and enjoy watchin it

Its a crime comparing South Park to the Simpsons... the Simpsons are the Godfather of cartoons.

Compare South Park to newer cartoons like Family Guy or Futurama

Family guy IS the best t.v. show ever created. Are they coming out with a season 4? Ive heard they are, and on adult swim the cards will sometimes say that theyre coming out with another season.

Both shows are great. Still its only for people old enough to understand it. It's adult humor at its best

I watch all three whenever possible. Family Guy is on everyday at 9:00 on Teletoon. At the same time, the Simpsons is on the Commedy Channel. Then, at 9:30 I continue with South Park on Commedy Channel.

Family Guy pwns though.

simpsons, gotta love the classics, but then comes family guy, really funny, but i dont like south park, just something about it, when i first started watching it it was pretty funny but now it just seems retarted to me

I choose South Park, I just think its better than The Simpsons because I can watch a South Park episode over and over and not get tired unlike the Simpsons.

while The Simpsons is a classic, i still remember when it was on Thursday nights on Fox, Southpark has to get my vote. the new episodes of the simpsons are pretty lame, lets face it, they are running out of material. Southpark always pokes fun of current events, and as long as the earth spins there will be current events. given some of the stuff on southpark is crude, disgusting, degrading, whatever you want to call it, it is funny (the paris hilton episode comes to mind, we talked about it for an entire english class). where i live, they are going to start showing Southpark in place of The Simpsons at 5 pm. i'm not quite sure how they will do considering Southpark has to be censored enormously.

In regards to Family Guy...i agree, it owns both southpark and the simpson.

Southpark;

political satire has never been done better, *(ex. Daily Show)

closely followed by Family Guy and then the Simpsons.
