55% superchargers

i was looking at some superchargers for my car the only one i can get now is the mtodyne s/c how ever idk if my firend is a dumb ass but he says that the power to turn over the super charger will make major lag for a 6 cyl??? He said that it would take like 30 hp to turn the s/c alone and then i would have to worry about the fan and altonator to turn over too. He also said that it would runin all the internals and that power would ruin it. How ever the s/c is made for the car. So far i think hes a dumb ass ne one have their 2 cents??

yea i did look ther it says it would take about 1/3 hp to turn it over. How ever that was from the company and i would liek to see some actuall users reviews about it becsue the company could say ne thing they want.

i havent run across any people that have said that theyve bought one...its not a very large company...but anyway i think that 30hp to turn the sc is a little high but even if that were true its the only thing available for the 12 valve 2.8...so you dont really get a choice...but im just going to say that your buddys an idoit

Dont know if you got the 12v or 30v but just thought Id let ya know that pes-tuning.com makes a sweet super charger for the 30v
