Z24 Won't Start

Here's a question for you: I have a Z24 LS 2002 Cavalier and my car suddenly won't start! It has been taking slightly longer than normal to start lately, I chalked it up to getting pretty cold outside. But I drove it home from a restaurant one night and 7 hours later it just wouldn't start. I turn the key and it tries and tries but just doesn't turn over. My battery's doing alright, I hear the fuel pump, so I was thinking of checking the spark plugs, but I can't find them! Can someone give me some direction, please? Or ideas? :dunno: It'd be so greatly appreciated! This car is my baby and it's so frustrating not being able to figure out what's wrong with her! :crying:
