When I changed my brakes ( had the vibe. ) I noticed the brakes were worn well beyond the wear indicators ( Which is what makes them begin to squeal. but is really just a peg to hold them together.) The wear indicators had worn into the rotor and it was no longer even , I put new pads on but the vibes were still there. I had to change rotors and the what not. No vibes nowfor the last 10K...Just a thought.

yeah, basically what happens is the rotor wears in one section of the arc more than in another. this section is less than the rest of the rotor causing it to 'rattle' back and forth as you apply brake pressure. this makes the whole car shake as the entire front suspension is tied into the front brakes. you replace the rotors and the problem goes away...

You need to mention if it happens while you are in neutral at the problem speed..§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§REFUSE . TO . LOSE§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§

If it's still happening , Maybe go with the quick and easy U-joint replacement.
