engine swap header?

ok my friend has a d16z6 and he recently bought a b18c ... my question is will the header for a d16 fit the b18c ??? he already has a greddy exhaust and doenst want to change it so will the header he has now fit ???

hmm.. good question, i also have greddy exhaust products and plan on a b18c swap, so i'd love to know if it will fit. but then again, i want to go turbo and rebuild internals so who knows what parts i'll have then.
