Climate Control Functions Won't Shut Off

My '94 325iC decided yesterday that all the climate control functions should be on all the time, except for the blower. The A/C light is on and it appears to be working. The recirculate light is on, and the defrost light is on, and none of them will shut off. Anyone have any idea why?
