I have an 89 Century Limited thats equiped with the Wire Hub caps with the center locks. I have the owners manual, it says I need to use the "Special Wrench" but I don't have this. All I have is the pack that contains the Special Lug adaptor, Wrench, and some long screw type thing that has no chance of fitting inside the locks. I'm guessing that previous owner has the wrench or lost it, but where can I get this wrench, or how can I get this hub cap off. I've tired a few tire shops including walmart but haven't had any luck. Would Buick still have this tool?

Try a dealer or junk yard.If you going to get one from the dealer, they need to know what the color of the nut that holds the hubcap on.

you can also take the locks out with a pair of pliers, it takes a little effort but you'll get them off. that's what i had to do.

Tell the dealer parts dept what color nut is holding the wire wheel cover on then have the dealer order one - it cost me $20 for mine
