F-100 rebuild

Anyone ever rebuilt a 1982 F-100? Will start rebuild this spring. Is this going to be an ugly rebuild or is it relatively easy?

I had a 1980 and it wasn't too bad. Well, the truck was bad, but the rebuild wasn't. Which motor do you have?

Not sure. It's out at my parents house in the country. I got it from my grandfather, and haven't really looked at it yet. Gonna rebuild for my son to drive.
