Ok,
I'm throwing CEL lights all the time now (last 2 days). I recently put a CAI in and now I am getting a variety of Errors. Most of the different.

as I was saying, I have gotten Evap sensor errors and knock sensor errors and left and right bank 02 sensor errors. I checked all my connections and the reset the ECU and then drove error free for a little while then got a Heated rear 02 sensor error. WTF? Whats going on with my car? I am crapping my pants because I don't get the same error twice.

Installing an intake should not be too difficult. Assuming you did not screw any other system up there are two things that are relevent to the intake.
1. The air/mass sensor. Make sure its plugged in properly, and (IF you could post a pic for the rest of us to see) make sure there are no leaks after this sensor.
2. There is a temperature sensor. This is important. Where did you mount it??? On the Stillen kit there is a place for it in the end of the air filter. On your CAI I dunno. But this must be in the air path before the air/mass sensor. If either one of these is not properly installed you will have problems.
You did not say which model (You sig leads us to believe that it is an I30) I have a 4th gen which should be the same in the engine compartment. Also make sure that you did not unplug any other wires in this area. There are some other wires off the same harness that goes to both these sensors. I hope this helps.
