so who would win a race between these two. its a 4th gn h22a VTEC lude vs. a 1999 misubishi 3000gt SL model. i know that the 3000gt has about 28 more hp than the lude but it is also about about 300 or 400 more pounds than the lude. i just wanna know b/c there are a lot of them that live near me and im tired of the ppl who drive them thinking their the top shit. I also know that they could be the SR4 model which would smoke me with 320 hp and weighing 3,784 lbs.

not sure, personally i'd take a 3000 over any honda. i wanna say the 3000 will win but its pretty heavy.

A Teggy (Integra LS) can take a Dodge Stealth Non-Turbo "I seen it" so I'm sure a Prelude VTEC can take a 3000GT non Turbo but a Twin Turbo "I think NOT!!...."

VTEC Lude > All 3000gt's except VR4's.

Sig is right. Even if the SL owner shifts perfectly, he won't take a Prelude VTEC down.

actually I'd guess that they both would be fairly even...

Agree - I'd actually guess a slight advantage for the Prelude. I've never heard anyone complain that a 4th gen Si is a "heavy slug"...but I've heard that exact thing about non-turbo 3000's many times.
