swaping vtec head

I got a question if any one can help me that will be good
i bought a 96 accord lx a couple months ago i heard the ex wiht its vtech
was stronger and was wonder if you can swap a 95 ex vetech head wiht my 96 4 cylinder 16 valve. would it work and how hard would it be. Im a newbie so was just wondering if ne one can give me some advice. Also what can i do with my car that wont cost to much but make it better.
