does neone know how to override the governor on an 04 cavalier. at 108 the computer cuts the gas from the engine so i cant go any faster someone tell me how to stop it

And can I ask what you have modified to get you car to go over 108 at a track? cause there is no need to go faster than 108 in any state in this country.

Ok.. lets see where do i begin. This is taken from the rules on the cavalier forum here and this is where i shall begin.
Finally, Do not post any questions regarding how to remove the governor. This is a big no no. It is a liability for AF, and any answer given will be promptly deleted, the thread locked, and all parties involved issued a warning. Do not do it.
Along with jayson716 there is no way in hell you have enough mods to be needing to go that fast. Even if your reaching speeds like that in the traps, you should know how to do it. Your probably just some teen who has no F'n idea what he's getting himself into, and are going to wind up on local news killing innocent bistandards.. so enjoy your forum warning your going to recive and just an FYI.. read the rules next time or...
