Free Turbo upgrade ?

Hey I was just wondering if that free turbo upgrade is safe and how effective it is.

I think you mean the free boost mod, its safe and effective, its just a way to turn up the boost on the 91-93 VR4s to the level of the 94+ VR4s.

Question, for stealth TT are they able to handle the boost all the way up..?

what do you mean all the way up?

get a boost gauge if you don't have one... You may not want to take your stealthtt or vr4 up past 15 psi without mods as I've heard it gets a bit dangerous in those higher ranges.

Yea, from what I've heard, 15 PSI is way to dangerous and 14.5 is more practical, but anything after 15 PSI and ur just pushing in hot air...
