Im gonna try this project. I have a Revell Snaptite 53 Corvette. I took it apart and im gonna detail it up and make it custom. Problem is i cant figure out what i want to do to it....thats where you guys come in..
You guys tell me what you would do to it :smokin:
its does not have an engine...and im not that advanced so some techniques may be lost on me...so anyways..

Nice car, I think I would of kept it stock, it's too classic for editing heheh, but don't forget to give it a shiny color whatever you do :)

Maybe you could try scratchbuilding a hardtop that you can take off and put on whenever you want

i would smooth that silver strip out down the side, take off the bumpers, take out the grill and put some mesh in instead and paint it a wicked colour.
Any use to you?

actually thats almost exactly what i was thinking...
problem is i dont know how to take the silver strip off...its pretty thick.
Im probably going to blend the little tail light pieces into the body as well...

Just sand, sand, sand, man, If you do all that stuff plus some nice five spokes she'll be sittin' pretty, but I'd leave the stock grill in, but that may just my old school side showing.

Smooth it, slam it, give it the chrome T's, If you're ok with an airbrush, find the coolest fingernail polish color you can get and lay down a finish that would make chip Foose drool!!:sunglasse

all trim is gone, all un necessary chrome bits are out. I do belive i am going to keep the Corvette grill, it looks really nice on it, but i havent seen any mesh on it yet...so i dunno
