Help 2get HP

I recently bought a honda civic dx its a 1.3cc i find it very under powered and trottle response is slow, how can i get more power from my 1.3?? would a induction kit help? also some1 suggested taking the a/c belt off the engine would this help or maybe a carb change? any suggestions would be appreciated

an entire car change may be in order, getting power out of the old carbed motors is very hard. good luck with that.

your best bet would be to convert to an efi system, but the costs would be alot, for not much of an improvement, youd be better to just swap the motor all together or just look for a newer version of the civic.
