Because the 4th gen sub board is the most populated and used more than any other board or sub board on AF. If you add the number of threads and number of posts from the Integra forum, 7th gen civic, 6th gen civic, and 5th gen civic; the 4th gen still has quite a bit more posts and threads.
And the link to the AF Off Topic thread is on the front page, it's really not hard to find at all. And the 4th gen Off Topic sub forum is just 2 clicks away once you get into the Honda/Acura area. IF you guys really want one, then you should set up a Hot or Not thread so it can be properly voted on.
