Changing manual to auto windows

How hard would it be to change manual windows into automatic ones?
I know I would have to take the door panels off (4) and place motors in them, and get the switches for the windows (junk yard). When it comes to the wiring, will it be difficult?
Not saying that I would perform this opperation.
How much do you think this will cost?
