hi guys..
iv participated last week in one of the main sprint races in my country... i tock in my v6 2.5 twin turbo soarer (automatic)..
the track that we wear racing on is origonaly build for go cars.. but its an out door track .. so its pretty small.. and very hard to speed on.. and alot of sharf turns
anyways.. i had problem which is wene the turbos kick in the car starts burning which wasts alot of time.. ..
any how i got pretty good time comparing with the other back weel cars..
but the 3 leading cars were evo's ( coz 4x4)
soo any solutions for next race.. ?
btw my car is standard.. ( factory rims 16 inch)

You should be able to get Kumho Victoracer Autocross tires in your country, though they may have to be special ordered.

Solutions:
Left foot braking to keep the turbo spooled up, and then carefully feed power. The trick is to feed just enough power to get a tiny bit of wheel spin.
And Practice, practice, practice!!!!

cheers mate for the nice solution..
iv seen couple of japanees drivires doin that but.. they do it with one leg.. i guess they r really prof..
coz wut they do is press the brakes with the tip of the foot and the accelarater with the end of the foot..
but i guess to do this.. ur brake and accelarater should b both on the same level and really close to each other..
another thing.. is we r not allowed to use the track at any time of the year.. we only take our cars in race day.. :(
so no practice no pracice no practice..
exept on normal roads... ~?~?~?
wut a bout tires.. do u recommend a specific one.. ?
and wut a bout rim size..? what is the best for autocross ?

for your car I'd recommend 17" rims with 245/45/17 Kumho V700 Victoracers in front and 275/40/17's in back
