Rear Quater Panel Passenger side

does anyone know how to get this thing removed? it shows on the diagram http://www.trademotion.com/schematics/images/3/3810370.gif

that it is sold seperately, so therefore it must be able to be removed.. but the bloody thing looks like it's one piece.... the hood andboth quater panels... any ideas?
