No, I didn't get a 240, not yet, anyway, but I'm happy to say that after spending 3 hours at the DMV (only 20 minutes of that time spent in an actual car), I have my license!!! Thank god we have such a crappy DOT! I aced it with my eyes closed lol. So yeah, moving on....

I'm in Montreal, and yeah, once I start school and things settle down (End of January) I'll spend every out of school moment at work. But I need a better paying job, anyone has any ideas? I'm making minimum wage.

get a job at a bar. work as a bus boy cause if you eventually make your way up, you could be making $400 in tips per night

Problem is, I'm 17, can't work in bars or video store (porn section) or any other cool place. But actually maybe I can talk to my friend his parents own a sushi restaurant and maybe I could be a bus boy there, would be pretty cool.

If you want a good paying job then work at a retaraunt. They pull in so much money. Make sure you go to a popular one though. They do get really busy so it sucks when your hung over and have to work but the money is worth it.

man, i feel old. its kinda suprising to see the majority of people in here are teenagers. without liscences or cars none the less.

btw, i'm 17 too, haha. but i've had my liscence since july and a car since october, plus a j-o-b

i duno, i just always figured all the knowledgeable guys on here would be in their mid 20s, early 30s, then come to find out i'm the same age as the rest of yall. dont worry i'm not mad about it anything, just a bit shocked.

jobd oh they suck last year 2003 when i got my job during the summer i was 16 and now a year and about 4 months later still same ol' job waiting till i turn 18 in feb. then going to get a really nice job with my cousin doing some construction work (guarented $500 a week cask on fridays) or might go work at the old famous wal-mart over night for the summer and rack some money up that way lol.

Well the topaz was free, lol, it was my dads old car, but he's got the Altima now (which I will be borrowing, lol, I stil wanna know if it'll beat my friends A4), but it's needs like 500$ of repairs...
