Simple question. Are the HIGH beams on the 95 Buick Regal a four light system, or two low and two high?

by four light do you mean both highs and lows stay on together?if so then no, with the exception of a few cars with "flash to pass"(which the 95 regal does not have) i don't know of car with the 4 light highs system since the late 80s/early 90s

easy way to tell - turn them on, then get out and look at them.
