Check engine light help?!

ok does anyone know how to get the check engine light off? besides disconnecting the battery? cause cant pass inspection with it on...n theres nothing wrong with the engine just came on for no reason...

lol could always just pop off that whole cover and take out the lightbulb. but odds are there is something wrong with your engine.

could it be i just need to change my oil? would that be a reason for it to come on?

could be an O2 sensor thats what went wrong with mine, bring it to an autozone or something they will check it for free.
