98 civic dx problems

I have a 98 civic dx, 52k miles, automatic. I had the brakes done about a month ago, and shortly after I noticed an intermittent squeaking. (not the brakes) At first it was barely noticable, but in the last couple weeks it happens more often and is much louder. Sometimes it almost sounds like a scraping noise. It usually happens when driving, almost always right after I level off and stop accelerating there is a noise, and I can get it to happen if I tap the accelerator, or if I'm holding it down and I let off. I can also get it to happen in park or neutral, if I tap the accelerator hard and let off right away. However, it will not happen when the car is cold and I have just started it. After about 5 minutes of driving the sound starts up again. Anyone have any ideas what this could be? Thanks in advance

Does the car shake at all, or make any funny movements?
