I have a 95.5 rodeo with a v6. I changed the plugs(autolite platinum plus)and wires and since i did that whenever the engine warms up when i pull to a stop sign or red light the engine's RPM'S go almost to zeroand kind of jump up and down for a minute and then it levels out.But last night it went dead on me while i was turning into a my driveway. any ideas on what this might be ..could it be the sparkplugs?it had champions in it and the old one werent bad ....

Did you get all your vacuum lines hooked back up right? Tight connections? Clamps on the air intake pathway tight?

I have a 95.5. rodeo and everybody recommended NGK or Denso . My plugs didn't look bad when I pulled them but changing made a huge difference.

That being said, it sounds like you cracked or loosened a vaccum line somewhere. I would get in there and check that out first.
