question about mpfi conversion from dp

I have some questions reguarding the parts needed to do an mpfi swap.

Can you add the Intake manifold to a DX engine (D15b2) without any modifications?

I recently seen a gold plated AEM one on ebay for auction and like it and was wondering if that would work after getting the other parts.

Is the distributor on an SI different from a DX model?

Does anyone have an idea what all theses parts can add up to in cost buying them used vs. new?

Is there anything else I need to be informed of or watch out for?

The parts needed is this the correct listing?

1. Intake Manifold
2. Fuel Rail
3. Injectors
4. Resistor Box
5. Distributor
6. ECU
7. Partial Wiring Harness

IF ANYONE WHO SEE'S THIS POST HAS THE PARTS I NEED PLEASE CONTACT ME AS I'M INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THEM FROM YOU.

Thanks for your input and help

the si distributor is indeed different than the dx one.

All you need are 4 injector clips not a wiring harness (paritial). And a intake will work on a dx-si.

Thanks guys...appreciate your input.

One last question. If I do try and get the parts indivdually....say at an aftermarket store....when I look them up they want to know what year/type I want. Shouldn't I be looking for all the same years/ type i.e. 1990 Honda CRX SI? So as to keep them compatible?

You'll also need a throttle body and all the manifold sensors. Tell them you need it for a 91 civic si
