your best bet is to go check out a book for prelude at the library.
your tach wire is always the negative side of your primary ignition coil.

I might try and help you out with this tomorrow, unless you have it figured by then - in the meantime if you need wiring help, check the manual at www.hondahookup.com/manuals - i don't know if your h22 is in a 4th gen - but the manual for that should help ya all the same. it's a 38 meg pdf, download at your own discretion.

92-95 prelude is OBD I. 96 and up prelude is OBD II. i think the dude is just trying to find which one is the tach wire. tach wire is usually colored blue. ignition coil primary has positive and negative connectors.
the positive connector is for battery (positive terminal) and the negative side of the coil is for signal wire. this is where the tach wire (blue) is connected.

yah i agree - I was just trying to point him in the direction of a manual, for his obd1 question - so he could get a diagram like this one. looks like you were right the blue wire is the tach one.

isn't it the yel/grn wire - that goes from the ecu - to the ICM (the ICM is inside the dizzy)
the pins on your ecu for that wire are
A21 yel/grn1 ICM
A22 yel/grn2 Shorted to A21
i don't know that i'm fully following you.. but i hope that helps.
