Yes, I realize now that those 17's are way too big. Now that I have the LS motor in, it rubs the front fenders. Plus it's like night and day when I have like 14's on it. So I want some really nice 14-16" wheels. Lightweight. What size should I go with and still have good all around pick up.

How can I make sure they will be lightweight?

Thanks

The smaller they are, the less they have to turn so 14's are a good size. But 15's won't hurt much either.

I'd go with 15"s, they are fairly light and there's usually a wider selection of tires for them too. Plus your 17"s should be really easy to sell. GL

but being the rice burner that I am,
no need to listen to me.....

but really,
go with the 15'z,I'm kind of getting tired of my 17'z too,
REALLY!
I want some 15inch black rims,

They're going to be a lot closer to what your current ones look like. Also check out tirerack.com, they can show you what the wheels will look like on your car.

Those are hot. :grinyes: but you might wanna photoshop them to your car b4 hand. The white wheels might be a little too much contrast. But enkei wheels are always hot for crx's.

Remember you can get 15s or 16s and can still be heavy as hell. For a long list of wheel weights starting with manufacturers and then lots of aftermarket brands click here (http://www.superhonda.com/tech/wheel_weights.html)

I KNOW I've fallen in love with them I wouldn't give a fuck if they were heavy. I called ADR and they DON'T FUCKING EVEN MAKE THEM ANYMORE!! I'm so fucking pissed off. Now I have to search the planet to see if I can find somebody who has a set.

I've made fun of your big wheels numerous times!

Anything over 15 is a little excessive.. 15s are pretty good, 14s are awesome but hard as hell to find. HX wheels are sweet choice in 14" and they're cheap as dirt.

Why? Just because they're not tucked doesn't mean they're too small.

SiZ
12-16-2004, 08:39 AM
Yes, those are HXs.

Tucking has nothing to do with your rim size, but more your drop.

My car looks like it sits lower with 14s than it did with the 16s. Less finger gap.

Ooh.. That picture was likley taken on somewhat uneven ground to explain why it looks like a major fender gap in that pic.. I just noticed that.

NOPE...choice of tires is limited and 14's aren't that wide...
