Passenger side door lock actuator

Correct me if I'm wrong.To replace a door lock actuator on a 93 Park Ave....remove the door panel.....drill out the rivet which holds it....unplug it......bolt in the replacement or rivet it ? Another junk yard item. Also can I assume all 4 doors have the same actuator ? Thanks, Tom
