im saposed 2 get a new timing belt after 60,000miles and i just pased 60,000. i have 2 drive somewhere and it takes 8hours 2 get there, do u think ill make it without havin a problem?

probably, most timing belts don't break before 80000 miles, but I'd get it changed as soon as you can if you have an interference engine

It means that if the belt breaks the valves will interfere with the piston and serious damage will result.

oooo that would suck, but till it gets around 80,000miles i dont have 2 wory about that right?
