Just today i heard of a guy getting runover because he decided to NOT drive, and walk to his destination because he had some drinks. Witnesses saw the hit and run driver (a ford econoline van) pull over, and the guy got out and viewed the dead body, then left. IF I WHERE THERE I'D CHASE DOWN THAT MOTHERF**KER. How can you *witness* this, and just let the hit and run driver go.
