Please help. Problem w/ fuel pump maybe??

Can anyone help me here. I have a 01' Dodge 2500 diesel. I filled up not too long ago with bad fuel but had my filter changed and fuel drained and lines cleaned. But since then my truck runs rough and not it wont even start. Could it be my fuel pump, or what? This is my first diesel and I dont know much about them. Please help. Thanks

Are you sure there is no air trapped in the fuel system.? Make sure it´s bleeded off the filter, also you may try loosen the fuel injector lines (at the injector end) and turn engine few turns. It may take a while to get rid of the air if it´s in there anyway.
