How to change Passat 2002 Fog lights

I've bought the bulb, but it's not obvious to me how to get access to the light to change it out. Thanks in advance.

Well this took me some time, but I felt really stupid when I figured it out (with a little help from a friend who drives an Audi A4). There's a black plastic frame around the fog lamp that from a distance looks like it's part of the huge plastic shroud that covers the front of the car. In reality, this frame is only about 3 inches high and about 12 inches long, and can be removed without tools. There are 4 or 5 plastic prongs that hold the thing in that you can work loose with your fingers (be careful, I broke one of them). Once this black frame is out, the lens can be removed with 3 phillips screws, and replacing the bulb is pretty self-explanatory.
