My 1995 Blazer will run fine when I first start it, and it will go down the road fine. After about 5-10 minutes, the rpm's will start jumping and my brakes harden up. A couple of minutes after that it will stall. I just put a new cap, rotor, and wires on it, but it still stalls.

.) Clean your IAC valve.
.) Replace the plugs. No sense replaceing the cap rotor and wires if your plugs are worn out.
.) Replace your fuel filter.
.) Clean your EGR valve.
.) Do a search on CPI injector in this forum and maybe check to see if your CPI injector is leaking in your upper plenum.
