'02 heads on a '51

Anyone out there know about any probs with using '02 heads on a '51.............. You see i have just picked up a '51 block with just the crank ,cam and heads but the heads are the standard low compression open chamber 2V's...... I also have a boss 02 with closed chamber 4V heads....... he he.. i just want to know if anyone has tried this change-over before? If there is than any advise would be helpful and very much appreciated....... (i just don't want anything exploding in my XW engine bay)
