Something very different from me...An American Car.

I have been working on this on and off whist the Skyline was being done, but figured i'd finish it now, I have the exhausts and mirrors to do and take the seams off the tyres.

Gotta love that rear number plate :evillol: Anyone ?

Thanks

Well im so used to all the Nissan's, Mazda's & Toyota's you churn out here. One thing remains the same here though, and thats the quality of your work, it looks beautiful mate.

Nice! Are they slicks it's running on?
Muscle cars from that era really have a timeless appeal?

OK, what's the deal with the number plate? Is it too early over here?:dunno:

I said god damn! I always thought the scoop and carbs included for the tunnelram where a bit too much though. You're missing one thing, the trim around the front and rear light panels.

I know, I didn't want to have it as I'm not too much of a Chrome fan, so I left it the body colour.

If you mean the Film "Running on Empty"? Wrong but it was in a early 1970's film.

Revell included the Vanishing point license plate even though the model doesn't come with the right god damn bonnet to make a replica of the car :banghead:
It's quite stupid that the Challenger isn't a more popular and well known muscle car because what classic, kick ass movies has a 1969 Camaro been in

Everone ignores the Mopar until they get their ass kicked by one...

Over here in Sweden the Challenger is a classic muscle car and almost every boy knows about it.
Personally I think the second vanishing point movie was better than the first.

Sorry for hijacking the thred!
