Left Turn Light

I am looking at buying this 1994 Crown Victoria and its missing the left front turn light. The whole thing. I know where to get one and stuff but how do you put it in? Does it take long? How much would it cost to go somewhere to get it done? Please respond ASAP. Thanks.

Go to a local body shop and take it, along with 6 beer....they'll do it....it's so easy...
