remote lock will not work

Hi,

One day my remote lock stopped working. I tried the spare. That did not work either. Changed the batteries in both. Still no go... Any ideas as to why one day it would just stop working. How do I fix? Thanks

The same thing happened to me but my battery died in the remote and I replaced it but they are tricky if you read small print on the inside of the remote at least mine says "After replacing battery, press lock + unlock near car and hold for 7 seconds try that it should work its possible that your spare remotes battery was dead too.
